The Whistle: Buy and Sell will schedule your preferred mode of transaction at a specific date and time. If a buyer fails to show up at the agreed-upon scheduled time, Whistle: Buy and Sell will issue a first warning. If the buyer misses a second scheduled meeting, their account will be deactivated.
