Our platform is dedicated to promoting sustainable commerce through the selling and buying of pre-owned, recycled, or secondhand items, contributing to environmental conservation efforts.

By using our website, you agree to abide by our terms and policies. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Whistle: Buy and Sell regarding your use of our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Management

Registration

Provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Important

Never share your account credentials with third parties. Whistle will never ask for your password via email or phone.

3. Buying on Whistle

Product Listings

All products listed are pre-owned, recycled, or secondhand items that have been inspected for quality. While we strive to ensure accurate descriptions, minor variations may exist between the product listing and the actual item.

Purchasing

When you purchase a product, you agree to the price listed, which includes our markup. All sales are final unless the product significantly differs from its description or is defective.

4. Payment and Donations

Payment Methods

We accept payment methods through cash payment and GCash in face-to-face transactions only. Online payments are not currently supported.

Donation Policy

For every product purchased, 1 Peso will be donated by Whistle: Buy and Sell to organizations focusing on environmental issues. Donations will be accumulated and distributed semi-annually (every 6 months).

Our donation program supports local environmental initiatives focused on conservation, sustainability, and education. A report on donations distributed will be published on our website after each distribution period.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Distribution Methods

Products can be distributed through meet-ups or picked up at Whistle: Buy and Sell's physical store. Specific arrangement details will be confirmed after purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated based on the delivery method and location. These fees will be communicated to the buyer before finalizing the transaction.

6. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, spam, or harassment. Any activity that disrupts our services or harms other users is strictly prohibited.

Respect other users and adhere to our community guidelines. We encourage a supportive and positive environment for sustainable commerce.
